Rather than a review, this articles is merely a “description” of the product. How about a REAL hands-on in depth review!????

The claim of being VPN compatible appears to be somewhat of a joke. Several users, including myself, are unable to connect to VPN—a problem which Verizon knows about, but are evidently in no hurry to remedy this situation. Appears to be false advertising to me if they make such claims in their product descriptions.

My experience exactly. Stay away from this product if you need VPN connectivity. I am using Microsoft’s VPN produce on a SBS server. I just called Samsung and they were ambivalent about the problem. Verizon has assured me they are working on a firmware fix, but that was at least three months ago. The 4G USB modem works fine and connects to our VPN flawlessly. It even maintained the connection for over 100 miles last weekend.
